Step 1. Grievance First

Before requesting a refund, subscribers must raise a written grievance at care@stockmanthan.com. We will acknowledge within 3 working days and resolve within 15 working days. Refund requests without a prior grievance will not be processed.

Step 2. Refund Eligibility

Stock Manthan offers an annual research membership. Research content is delivered progressively throughout the subscription period. Access to any research content constitutes utilisation of the service.

Refunds are calculated on the unutilised portion only:

• Minimum one full month’s charges (₹499 + taxes) are non-refundable — regardless of cancellation date
• Part months are counted as full months for deduction purposes
• No refund for any period in which research content was accessed or delivered
• No refund on grounds of dissatisfaction with market outcomes or investment results

Step 3. What Is Not Refundable

• Research already accessed — including stock reports, mutual fund analysis, or IPO notes
• Period already consumed at time of cancellation request
• Disagreement with research views or analytical conclusions
• Refund requests made after subscription expiry
• If it is found upon review that a subscriber has accessed a significant portion of the research content — including stock reports, mutual fund analysis, or IPO notes — within the first 30 days of subscription and subsequently raises a refund request, a minimum of three full months’ charges (₹1,497 + applicable taxes) will be deducted before any refund is processed. Stock Manthan maintains access logs with timestamps for all content accessed by subscribers, which will be used to determine this.
