Payment & Subscription Process

Please read all four steps carefully before proceeding to payment. Membership is activated only after KYC verification and client agreement execution — as required under SEBI Research Analyst Regulations.

01. Complete Payment

Click the payment button on the right to proceed to our secure Cashfree payment page. Pay the GST-inclusive total amount as shown. Once payment is successful, you will receive a payment confirmation on your registered email address.

Note: Please save your payment receipt — you will need to submit it in the next step.

02. Submit KYC Details & Payment Receipt

As mandated under SEBI Research Analyst Regulations, it is compulsory for all paid members to complete KYC before membership activation. After payment, submit the following through the KYC & Membership Form →

PAN Card (mandatory)
Address Proof — Aadhaar, Passport, or Voter ID
Payment Receipt — screenshot or PDF from Cashfree

Note: Incomplete KYC submissions will delay membership activation. Please ensure all documents are clear and legible.

03. Client Agreement — eSign Within 24 Hours

As required under SEBI regulations, a Client Service Agreement must be executed between Stock Manthan and every paid subscriber before research services are accessed.

After your KYC form is received — we will send the Client Agreement to your registered email address within 24 hours. You will be required to review and eSign the agreement digitally.

Options available for signing:
eSign via Aadhaar OTP (recommended — instant)
eSign via DSC (Digital Signature Certificate)
Wet signature — print, sign, and upload scanned copy

Note: Membership will not be activated until the signed agreement is received by Stock Manthan.

04. Membership Activation & Research Portal Access

Once your KYC is verified and your signed Client Agreement is received — your Stock Manthan Premium Research Membership will be activated within 2 working days.

You will receive a confirmation email with your login credentials and a link to the Research Reports Portal. Your membership period begins from the date of activation — not from the date of payment.

For any delay beyond 2 working days after agreement submission — please write to care@stockmanthan.com with your payment receipt and KYC reference.
